Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering was established in the year 1990 at Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Dr. Patangrao Kadam is the founder of Bharati Vidyapeeth. Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Technology.
History :
Since its establishment the college has grown to become one of the leading Engineering Education Institution in Navi Mumbai.
Bharati Vidyapeeth is a very famous organization which was established in the year 1964 by founder Dr. Patangraoji Kadam. It has today created history by establishing 187 educational institutes imparting education from the pre-primary stage to post graduate stage within a short period of 45 years.

Admissions :
Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineeringhas no admission seats reserved for any Community. The admission process for seats is through CAP Rounds based on MH – CET Score.
1) Undergraduate Admissions – ( Bachelor of Engineering - B.E. ) :
Bharati Vidyapeeth Engineering College admits students for undergraduate programs based on their scores in the MH-CET ( Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test ).
2) Postgraduate Admissions - ( Master of Engineering - M. E. ) :
Admissions for postgraduate programs are through GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) or sponsorship. The college offers M.E. program in computer engineering.

The college is a part of Bharati Vidyapeeth campus extending more than five acres. Sporting facilities provided by the college are luxurious. The College has separate hostels for girls and boys with spacious and adequately furnished rooms.
The students can feel at home in these hostels which is having good mess along with TV Room and Facilities for Indoor Games like Table Tennis, Carom, Chess and many more.

Festivals / College Events :
'Abhiyan' - The annual cultural festival of Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering (BVCoE). It includes National Level Technical paper presentation competition.
Technical festival is held around mid-March.
Campus Placements :
The College has a training and placement cell with separate Training and Placement Officer, which coordinates with industries for the placement of the students.
The placement cell of the College organizes campus interviews and keeps record of job opportunities in industries like TCS, Syntel, MBT, Ashok Leyland , Bajaj, L&T, Premier, Telco, Reliance, GTL, WIPRO, Accenture, Essar , Nocil, Godrej group of industries to name a few, where the students are placed.
