Automobile Engineering, this stream of engineering deals with the design, creation, manufacture and operation of machines relevant to automobiles ranging from the ubiquitous motorcycle to buses and trucks. Automotive Service Engineering program involves inspecting, maintaining and repairing of automobiles and light trucks that run on gasoline, electricity or alternative fuels such as ethanol.
Automobile engineer needs to keep abreast with the computerized shop equipment and work with electronic components while maintaining their skills with conventional hand tools to march with the rising complexity of automobiles.
